Terms and conditions of the sale Making An Offer When an offer is made it must be followed through. Only proceed if you are 100% sure you want to go ahead with it. Bear in mind that it may take up to 48hrs for an offer to be accepted. If other people have access to your account this is your responsibility and risk, and 'my child did it without me knowing' is not an acceptable reason to cancel an offer. Only in rare circumstances will the request to cancel an offer be accepted. Bear in mind that if an item has a lot of watchers on it, when a buyer accepts an offer, they then lose all these other potential buyers as it will have a different item number if / when it is relisted.
Failure to follow through on an offer is likely to end in an unpaid item strike for the buyer which will damage their standing and reputation on ebay. You cannot leave feedback on an item which is subject to a resolution issue. Payment Items can be paid for by Paypal, bank transfer, cheque, postal order or, in some cases, cash on collection/delivery. In the case of Paypal bank transfer, cheque, postal order or bank transfer, the payment has to clear before the item will be released. This can be upto 10 working days. In the case of some large items which we offer to deliver for a charge, payment in advance may be mandatory.
Delivery We will always endeavour to dispatch an item within 2 working days. Many items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or 2nd class recorded, but 24 or 48 hour couriers such as APC or Parcelforce may also be used as well. These services will always require a signature, and will be a 9-5 working day delivery slot. The tracking information will always be updated in the sale information field. See individual items for details. An item dispatched notice will always be sent.
Install Bsd Powerpc. If something hasn't arrived when you would have expected it to, please get in contact. Item Receipt Check an item immediately on arrival and if there's a problem, or you are not satisfied FOR ANY REASON, please contact us first to give us a chance to resolve the issue BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. An email through ebay is the best method of contact, but please feel free to phone as well.
International Delivery A signature will always be required. Air mail or economy surface mail may be chosen.
Not all items will be offered to all zones. Postage normally higher to private addresses.
Please get in contact for options. Faulty, damaged or 'significantly not as described' items.
Please photograph and let us know straight away, by ebay message. We will endeavour to sort the issue out as soon as possible. If a faulty item is not reported to us within the ebay standard 45 day window, the refund amount (if applicable) will be net of the original ebay fee paid for by us. (This is between 8-12%). It is expected that electrical items will be tested immediately.
Refunds These may be in the form of a cheque and not Paypal even if the item was paid for with Paypal. Returns Buyers have the right to return an item - where the delivery has been organized by us - within 14 days of receipt. It must arrive back in the condition it was received in. (If it was damaged in some way a photo should be taken for buyer protection and insurance reasons).
Return postage paid for by the buyer. Original delivery charge not refundable. (This does not apply to faulty items where the original postage will be refunded). This returns policy does not apply to Collection Only items which are on a 'sold as seen' basis.
Collection Only Items On some large, valuable or delicate 'collection only' items that means just that. If you do not collect the item(s) yourself and get somebody else to do it on your behalf e.g. A friend, or a courier company, they will be signing for the condition and acceptability of the item ON YOUR BEHALF.
The contract is completed once the item is taken away and there cannot be any return of the item after it is sold as seen (under the Distance Selling Regulations) if you change your mind, as you can with other normal posted or delivered items bought on the internet. If the item is damaged before it reaches you, in these circumstances no liability can be held by us. A 'collection window' of a couple of hours is acceptable, but not an all day collection slot as there may not be somebody available all day long. Ideally a telephone number should be supplied for the collector. They must also be given our contact telephone number details.
Bear in mind WE ARE NOT A SHOP. The warehouse is for storage purposes only. Feedback We only leave feedback (when appropriate) after it has been left for us.
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without getting in touch with us first and giving us a chance to resolve an issue. (Poor and 'throw away' feedback can be really detrimental and damaging to a small business such as ours). For more information email: yourtreasuretrove@yahoo.co.uk, or call Dom on 84.
Introduction Durst was an Italian company and (according to their own literature) the largest manufacturer of enlargers in the world. Dursts were well regarded but expensive in the USA compared to their domestic counterparts. But while many enlargers are variations on a theme, Dursts were very often innovative and did not look like anything else on the market at the time. I have a few of available for download.
